veggie pizza

So I found a new honey pizza dough recipe which means I would need to find a new topping for my new and improved pizza... Homemade basil pesto pizza sauce! And I used my pesto from my balcony garden!!! So totally stoked. Everything togeth tastes absolutly magnificent. If you want the recipie just ask.

On my pizza dough:
First, I spread about half the pesto on each pizza (I made two).
Next, I cut up fresh spinach and sprinkled that on the pesto.
Following the spinach, I put the mozzarella chz.
Fourth, I placed sliced white mushrooms and sliced tomatoes.
On top of all that goodness, I sprinkled a little more cheese.
Finally, I picked some of my fresh oregeno and tore about 6-8 leaves and scattered it on top.
Baked for 10-12 minutes and Voila! An amazing and healthy vegan friendly pizza!!!!

This is almost the finished product. (Forgot the pict after baked.)
This is the beginning. I made dough for two pizzas. This one was more pizza shaped than the second.
Chopped spinach. I used about 2 cups or so.
This is the spinach I bought, but the other day I purchased a brand from target that was a million times better. I'll have to go get some more and post about it. The flavor was so A-MAY-ZING!
I used two sliced roma tomatoes.
My mushrooms. I used 6 sliced white mushrooms.
White mushrooms, I purchased from kroger.
Seriously the greatest marinara sauce I have found so far. And its ORGANIC! PLUSSSSS!
I found it at target for only $2.50! So, now instead of making my own marinara, I just but this stuff!
My organic peach tea, from Kroger. I love it! I had a ecoupon for buy one get one FREE! So I payed $1 for two teas!
Almost forgot my Oregano. I picked this from my balcony garden. I used about 6-8 leaves, all you do it tear them and toss them all over the pizza . YUMM!
